These terms explain use of www.kingjoyforge.com, the product and business-information website operated by Kingjoy Forge Co., Ltd. They are not a sales contract, order confirmation, product warranty or agreement to purchase.

The website is intended to help businesses explore products and discuss wholesale, private-label and OEM/ODM projects. Submitting a form requests contact from our team; it does not create an order or require either party to buy or sell. An order requires separately agreed written commercial terms.

Confirm the model, drawings, materials, dimensions, finish, accessories, packaging, quantity, delivery schedule and applicable market requirements in the final quotation and order documents. Images may show sample configurations or optional accessories. Availability, MOQ, prices and lead times depend on the selected configuration and order. A reference to testing or documentation is not a statement that every model is certified for every market.

Use the operating and safety instructions supplied for the specific product. Website photographs and general descriptions do not replace those instructions.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam, upload malicious files, bypass security, access private information without authorisation or disrupt the service. Provide accurate business contact information and upload only files you are authorised to share. Do not upload unnecessary personal or confidential information.
